To our work, educational, informative and empowerment platform. This group is different from all others.
NB :

  • This is a volunteer participation we are all working towards creating income for ourself and the community.
  • The normal rules apply no swearing, political views, hate speech,violent clips and all other unacceptable behaviors.
  • There will be no spectators pls we shall all comment and respond accordingly

In this group were blessed to have all of you , with your different gifts, knowledge and talents. We have experienced entrepreneurs, lawyers, an actuarial, IT ,marketing and many others. In short we have in house all the skills needed to change our fortunes .
Most of the skills , just like all of us have agreed to assist until we are generating income to pay for their services.

NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. The parties agree that the terms of this agreement and all confidential and proprietary information of the parties communicated to them in connection with information shared on this platform will be received in strict confidence and be used only for the purposes of the peoples ,projects and programs .Each party will use the same means as it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable means, to prevent the disclosure and to protect the confidentiality of such information.
  2. These provisions do not apply to information which is:
    a) Publicly known or becomes publicly known through no unauthorised act of the recipient party.
    b) Rightfully received by the recipient party from a third party.
    c) Independently developed by the recipient party without use of the other party ‘s information.
    d) Disclosed by the other party to a third party without similar restrictions; or require to be disclosed pursuant to a requirement of a governmental agency or any applicable law, so long as the party required to disclose the information gives the other party prior notice of such disclosure.
